Week 1.
Founder as Operator
Your founder time is your MOST valuable asset as a company.
Define your role on your team. Are you the CMO? CEO? COO? Build structure around your team, your time, and your goals, so you’re leading, not reacting.
You’ll leave with: A one-year roadmap and a founder story that inspires confidence with any potential investors, hires, or partners. And you’ll know who you need to bring on and why.
Week 2.

Understand which numbers actually move your business forward, and build your own KPI (goals and success metrics) dashboard to track them so you always know where you stand.

Build your business like you’ll run out of cash…because most founders do. We’ll walk you through pricing, planning, and forecasting using a done-for-you financial framework.
You’ll leave with: A 12-month forecast and confidence in every financial decision you make.
Week 4.
Marketing Plan
Now let’s make money.
Turn structure into sales. Build your visibility and retail strategy so you can sell smarter, not harder.
You’ll leave with: A 90-day go-to-market plan and a one-page brand pitch that opens real doors.
